From Light & Tasty Ingredients:
1 cup small shell pasta |
1 lb ground beef |
1 medium onion, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
16 1/2 ounces v 8 vegetable juice |
15 ounces ranch style beans, undrained |
14 1/2 ounces rotel diced tomatoes, undrained |
1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta. 2. Cook beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat. 3. Drain. 4. Stir in remaining ingredients. 5. Bring to a boil. 6. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 7. Drain pasta and stir into stew. |
