Ingredients:
2lb bag(s) hash browns - frozen section defrost a little
1/2 cup(s) onion chopped
12 ounce(s) sour cream
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
1 cup(s) cheddar cheese grated
1/2 cup(s) butter or margarine melted
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350. Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl. Spread in a 9 X 13 pan.
2. Mix the following together and top above with:
