Texas Potatoe Wedges

Another great get- to -gether easy spicy food
Ingredients:
6 large potatoes
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp salt or sea salt
1/2 tsp. each dried thyme, basil, oregano, chili powder and garlic powder
1/4 to 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper ( you decide )
1/4 cup vegetable oil (i like sesame oil )
Directions:
1. Slice unpeeled, well scrubbed potatoes into 10 to 12 wedges per potatoe.
2. In a small bowl, beat egg and milk
3. In another bowl,combine flour and seasonings.
4. Dip potatoe wedges into milk mixture and dust with flour mixture.
5. Place in a single file on ungreased baking sheet.
6. Drizzle with oil.
7. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown and tender.
8. Yields 6 to 8 servings
