I have not tried this recipe. I got it from Copy Kat Chat. Ingredients:
1 cup cider vinegar |
1 large orange |
2 medium lemons |
6 inches lemon peel |
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar, dark |
1 tablespoon lemon pepper |
1 tablespoon black pepper |
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Juice the orange and lemons. 2. Mix all together. 3. Simmer on low heat until sugar dissolves. 4. DO NOT boil. 5. Marinate pork overnight. |
