For the Pecan lover, a light delicate cooky Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
1/2 cup powdered sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup flour |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1/4 cup powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300' degrees F. 2. Combine butter, sugar and vanilla til creamy. 3. Blend in flour and pecans til thoroughly combined. 4. Form into small balls; place on baking sheet. 5. Bake for 10 minutes; remove from oven and roll in powdered sugar while still warm. |
