A candy that even...T.Boone Pickens would approve of. Ingredients:
8 oz of caramels |
2 tablespoons milk |
2 cups chopped texas pecans |
8 oz of the best chocolate you can afford |
small amount of paraffin |
Directions:
1. In Saucepan,melt caramels with the milk.
2. Stir in the pecans.
3. Drop by spoonfulls onto a waxed lined cookie sheet,chill.
4. In another Saucepan,melt the chocolate and paraffin.
5. Roll the caramel,nut portions in the melted chocolate,place onto cookie sheet and chill.
