TEXAS HAVARTI EGG BAKE This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Barrett Estate in Rhome, Texas in 1984. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon butter |
1 tablespoon half-and-half |
1 large egg |
1 heaping tablespoon havarti cheese grated |
1/8 teaspoon dried dill |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Melt butter in a custard cup then add half-and-half.
3. Crack egg into cup and cover with Havarti and sprinkle with dill.
4. Bake 12 minutes.
