Fast Easy Dinner. Hope You all enjoy. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 large onion (diced) |
1 large green pepper (diced) |
2 cans diced tomatoes (14.5) |
1/2 cup uncooked rice |
1 -2 teaspoon chili powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. In large skillet, cook and stir ground beef until light brown. 2. Drain off fat. 3. Add Onions,Green Pepper, cook and stir until tender. 4. Stir in Tomatoes,Rice,Chili Powder,Salt,Ground Cumin and Pepper. 5. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low cover cook for 25-30 mins. |
