a great one pot meal. take on a pot luck Ingredients:
2 lbs ground chuck |
2 cups onions, chopped |
1 cup green bell pepper, chopped |
28 ounces crushed tomatoes |
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1 cup rice, raw |
Directions:
1. brown meat in skillet and drain well. put all ingredients in a crock pot. stir thoroughly. cover an cook on low 6-8 hours or 4 hours on high. 2. serve with garnish of cheeses or sliced jalapenos. |
