This recipe was sent to me from Lindsay. Spinach dip makes a great appetizer and goes great with pita chips!! Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package knorr vegetable soup mix |
1 1/2 cups sour cream |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained |
1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, chopped |
3 green onions, chopped |
Directions:
1. Stir soup mix, sour cream, and mayonnaise until blended. 2. Stir in spinach, water chestnuts, and onions. 3. Cover and chill for 2 hours before serving. 4. Serve with your favorite chips or crackers. We love pita chips. |
