Perfect For beef, but good an anything. I always double or triple this recipe. I use it so much. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons paprika |
2 tablespoons brown sugar (light or dark) |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
1 tablespoon kosher salt (or sea salt) |
1 tablespoon fresh ground pepper |
2 teaspoons garlic granules |
2 teaspoons granulated onion |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Store in a air tight jar. |
