TEXAS CRANBERRY SALSA This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Tinsley Estate in Venus, Texas in 1987. Ingredients:
16 ounce can whole berry cranberry sauce |
1/4 cup canned jalapenos chopped |
1 green onion or scallion sliced |
1 teaspoon dried cilantro |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1 teaspoon lime juice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and chill for 2 hours before serving. 2. This is great with chips or served over chicken, fish or pork. |
