This is made on a large jelly roll pan. My mom has made this since I was just a wee one. Now my husband and kids love it too. Make sure you frost it with the Texas Cake Chocolate Icing.. Ingredients:
1 cup butter |
1 cup water |
4 tablespoons cocoa |
2 cups sugar |
2 cups flour |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup sour milk |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Boil butter, water, cocoa, sugar and flour till all melted and mixed well. 2. Mix rest of ingredients together and bake at 350* for 45 minutes. |
