A salsa-type of dip. I hate hominy, but love this recipe. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can hominy, drained |
1 (15 ounce) can black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained |
3 green onions, chopped, green too |
1 (8 ounce) jar of your favorite salsa |
Directions:
1. Mix all together. 2. Chill. 3. Serve with nacho chips. |
