It's really easy and delicious. I also sometimes add chopped onion and/or cilantro. This can be enjoyed with tortilla chips, on top of grilled chicken, or rolled up in a tortilla or pita bread. My favorite lunch is to spread hummus on a pita bread and then top with Texas Caviar. Yum. Ingredients:
16 ounces salsa (you can use a hotter salsa than you normally would, because it gets diluted with the other ingredien) |
1 can corn, drained and rinsed |
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Enjoy! |
