Got this recipe from a friend of mine and it is a big hit with my family. I usually add 2-3 Jalapenos chopped up and more garlic as my family loves garlic. Enjoy! Ingredients:
3 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed & drained |
2 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with jalapenos |
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans white corn, drained (or 1 bag frozen) |
1 red pepper, diced |
1 yellow pepper, diced |
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped |
1 garlic clove, minced |
Directions:
1. Mix all together, chill and serve with chips. Tastes even better when the spices work all together. |
