Great appetizer. Very delicious and healthy. Very easy to make and will disappear fast. Ingredients:
15 ounces black beans, rinsed and drained |
15 ounces black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained |
15 ounces white corn, drained |
15 ounces rotel tomatoes |
1 small onion, peeled and minced |
8 ounces italian salad dressing |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 3. Serve with chips. |
