This is a quick (and addicting) party appetizer that is sure to please! Ingredients:
1 green pepper, chopped |
1 small red onion, chopped |
1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans |
1 (15 ounce) can black-eyed peas |
1 (15 ounce) can white corn |
1/3 cup white vinegar |
1/3 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Drain corn, beans and peas. 2. Combine the pepper, onion, and all cans into 3. large bowl. 4. Boil the vinegar, add sugar and stir until dissolved. 5. Pour over vegetables, and stir. Refridgerate overnight. 6. Serve with Fritos Scoops. |
