I got this recipe from my mother. It is one of the best steak rub's around.

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons granulated garlic

4 tablespoons kosher salt

4 tablespoons cornstarch

2 tablespoons paprika

3 tablespoons fresh coarse ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon white pepper

3/4 teaspoon dried thyme

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients with a whisk in a bowl. Store in cool dry place. Rub on Beef Steak.
