Ingredients:
2 cups butter or margarine, melted |
1 cup vegetable oil |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1/2 cup dried parsley flakes |
1/3 cup lemon juice |
3 tablespoons catsup |
1 tablespoon worcestershire |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan; cook, uncovered, over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Keep sauce warm while basting pork. |
