a great breakfast idea Ingredients:
2 lbs of frozen hashbrowns diced(optional) |
or diced 1/2 in cut potatoes boiled till soft but not mashable |
1 lrg onion diced |
2 cans of cream of chicken |
1 pk of cream cheese |
16 oz grated sharp cheddar cheese or extra sharp |
jalapano peppers ass needed diced |
1 container sour cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. 1. MIx cream of chicken soup, cream cheese and sour cream and set aside 3. 2. In large casserole dish add layer of potatoes,chopped onion, and jalapano 4. 3. layer shredded cheese and soup mixture, and save some for a top layer 5. 4. Repeat steps 123 untill all ingredients are used and add a top layer of shredded cheese bake for 20 min or untill golden brown 6. Good Luck and i hope you enjoy |
