Simple dish of corn, onions, beans for a 'dip' / salsa perfect with chips at a picnic. Ingredients:
1 can corn |
1 can black beans |
1 (med size) onion |
1 red bell pepper |
1 avocado |
jalepeno slices and juice |
1 lemon/lemon juice |
tabasco |
Directions:
1. 1) Drain and rinse corn and black beans so that none of the juices from the can are present 2. 2) Slice onions, bell pepper, avocado, and jalepeno into diced pieces. Slice the jalenos especially small 3. 3) Mix all ingredients in a bowl. 4. 4) Squirt lemon juice and add about 1 tbsp of the jalepeno juice with a good amount of tabasco into bowl and mix well 5.
