These are very good beans... I think you will enjoy them. Ingredients:
2 cans pinto beans (15 oz each) |
1 can yellow hominy (15 oz) |
1 tomato, diced small |
1/4 cup onion diced small |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1 fresh serrano pepper minced, 1/2 cup |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon cumin |
!/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. Rinse and drain hominy and beans. 2. In a large sauce pan combine all ingredients. 3. Heat throughly... about 30 minutes. |
