Ground beef and potatoes with salsa and cheese. its good
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 (24 ounce) package frozen potatoes o'brien with onions and bell peppers
1 cup thick & chunky salsa
2 teaspoons chili powder
8 ounces shredded colby-monterey jack cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. In Large skillet, brown beef. Drain. Remove meat fro skillet and keep covered set aside. In same skillet heat oil over medium heat until hot. add potatoes, cook and stir 8 -10 minutes or until browned. Stir in salsa, chili powder and ground beef. Cook 5-8 minutes or until heated through.Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook 4 minutes over low heat or until cheese has melted.
