2 cans (10 1/2 oz each) bean dip |
2 cans (3 1/2 oz each) pitted ripe olives chopped |
large round tortilla chips |
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice |
1 lg bunch green onions chopped ( 1 cup) |
1/2 cup(s) mayonaise |
3 med avocados |
3 med-sized tomatoes, cored, halved, seeded and coarsly chopped |
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1 pkg (8 oz) sharp cheddar cheese shredded |
1 pkg taco seasoning mix |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 cup(s) sour cream |
Directions:
1. ) Peel, pit and mash avocados in a medium bowl. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. 2. ) Combine sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning mix in another bowl. 3. ) To assemble, Layer in the following manner. 4. Bean Dip 5. Avocado mixture 6. Sour cream mixture 7. Sprinkle with chopped onions 8. Tomatoes, olives. 9. Cover with sheese. 10. Serve chilled with chips. |
