Adds a little zip to your dinner. Ingredients:
1 cup yellow cornmeal |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup cream-style corn |
1 cup sour cream |
2/3 cup butter, melted |
2 eggs |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies |
Directions:
1. Mix corn meal, baking powder, and salt. 2. Combine the remaining ingredients. 3. Add to dry mix. 4. Stir until blended well. 5. Pour into greased 9x9 baking pan. 6. Bake at 375* for about 40 mnutes, until bread tests done. |
