Good warm up chili!
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons oil
1 1/2 pounds stew beef, cut it into 1/4 inch size cubes
1 green pepper, seeded and cut into cubes
1 medium sized onion, chopped
16 ounce can beef broth
2 7 ounce cans green chile salsa
3 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin power
Directions:
1. Brown beef with oil in large skillet. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Add beef broth, chili power and cumin. Cover and cook at medium heat for 2 hours. Remove cover, simmer longer for desired thickness, stirring often.
