A great party dip. Use it for corn chips, tortilla chips or crackers. Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
12 ounces shredded cheddar cheese, divided |
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies |
1 (16 ounce) can chili beans |
8 ounces salsa |
1/2 cup black olives |
Directions:
1. Mix mayonnaise and 8 ounces of the cheese. 2. Spread into bottom of 11x7 baking pan. 3. Layer the beans, salsa and remaining cheese. 4. Bake at 350* for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted. 5. Sprinkle with olives. |
