Hamburgers with a southwest touch. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground chuck |
1 egg (optional) |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
deli-prepared guacamole |
sliced jalapeno pepper (for topping) |
lettuce (optional) |
tomato, slices (optional) |
onion, slices (optional) |
pickle, slices (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix ground chuck with egg, worcestershire, salt, and pepper. 2. Form into 4 or 5 patties about 1/2 inch thick, and 4 inches in diameter. 3. Cook on grill for 5-6 minutes on each side, or in a skillet for 4-5 minutes. 4. Spread some guacamole, and jalapeno peppers on each bun. |
