The marinade on this steak is sweet & tangy. I really love it. I sometimes double the marinade & cook it up so there is more sauce to serve over the steaks. Ingredients:
750 g round steaks |
1/2 cup tomato sauce |
1/4 cup barbecue sauce |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1/4 cup red wine |
1 onion, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Marinate steak in remaining ingredients for 30 minutes. 2. Cook in a hot pan with marinade for 2-3 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking. |
