teryaki glazed chicken wings
Ingredients:
4 lbs chicken wings
12 ounces terryaki sauce, i preffer kikkomans.
4 ounces honey
3 garlic cloves ,crushed
2 tbls powdered ginger
1 tbs brown sugar
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large plastic storage bag.
2. Marinate for at least 24 hrs.The longer ,the better.
3. Preheat oven to 385.
4. Place wings on a nonstick baking sheet,reserve marinade.
5. Cook wings for about an hr, or so,brushing them frequently w/ the marinade .Turn wings every 15 min.
6. Reduce the rest of the marinade in a small sauce pan until thick.
7. Brush thickened sauce onto wings,cook wings 10 min,more,until glazed and crispy.
