Chili Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil |
1 large onion, diced |
1 medium red bell pepper, diced |
20 ounces extra lean ground beef |
2 cups tomato sauce |
2 3/4 cups (bush brothers) chili beans |
3 1/4 cups (del monte) petite diced tomatoes |
3 cloves garlic, minced |
2 tbsp chili powder |
2 tbsp cumin |
Directions:
1. Saute onions & bell pepper in olive oil until limp; add garlic and ground beef until beef is cooked through. 2. Add beans, tomatoes, sauce, chili powder and cumin. 3. Cook on low heat for three to four hours. |
