A great summer recipe! Can't remember where I got this recipe, have been making it for years . . . Ingredients:
4 cups torn fresh spinach |
2 tomatoes, chopped |
1 small onion, thinly sliced |
6 teaspoons cider vinegar |
8 fat free tortillas, 6 inch |
1 (8 ounce) container light cream cheese |
1 lb deli turkey |
Directions:
1. Combine spinanch, tomatoe, onion & cider vinegar in large bowl. 2. Warm tortillas & prevent drying. 3. Spread cream cheese on tortillas. 4. Top with spinach mixture & turkey. 5. Roll tortillas tightly. 6. Serve or refrigerate. |
