Pack a lunch of turkey pitas, Greek Coleslaw, and fat-free onion-flavored potato chips. Ingredients:
4 ounces sliced cooked turkey breast |
1 (8-inch) whole wheat pita round, halved |
2 tablespoons commercial oil-free italian dressing |
2 (3/4-ounce) slices nonfat process cheddar cheese |
1/4 cup chopped tomato |
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts |
Directions:
1. Place half of turkey in each pita half; spoon dressing evenly over turkey. Place 1 cheese slice in each pita half. Wrap pitas in foil, and bake at 400° for 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese melts. Sprinkle pitas evenly with tomato, and top with alfalfa sprouts. |
