A light yet filling meatloaf with a twist. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground dark turkey meat |
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce |
2 tablespoons honey |
2 teaspoons ginger |
3 egg whites |
1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs |
1/2 cup mushroom |
1/2 cup diced onion |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients and put into a loaf pan. Back for 45 minutes. |
