Tasty & Easy Ingredients:
1 (1 lb) pork tenderloin |
garlic powder |
onion powder |
1/8 cup brown sugar |
1/8 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon water |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
2 tablespoons ketchup |
Directions:
1. In a plastic shallow pan (with a lid) combine brown sugar, sugar, water, soy sauce& ketchup. 2. Mix well. 3. Sprinkle tenderloin with garlic powder& onion powder. 4. Cut Tenderloin in half. 5. Place in pan. 6. Coat meat with sauce. 7. Cover& refrigerate over night, mixing frequently. 8. Pre-heat grill. 9. Place meat on grill, basting& turning ocasionally,. 10. Cook 30-40 minutes or until meat thermometer is 160 degrees. 11. Remove from grill. 12. Let rest 5 minutes. 13. Slice thin. |
