This is super easy and deliciously tangy. My husband thought it was the best he ever had and my kid asked for more, (that NEVER happens)! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
3 carrots, finely chopped |
1/2 onion, finely chopped |
1 garlic clove, chopped |
8 ounces tomato sauce |
3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce |
Directions:
1. brown the beef and the garlic, drain the fat. 2. add the carrots and onion, cook 3-4 minutes. 3. turn heat to low, add the tomato sauce and terriyaki. 4. simmer for 15 minutes. |
