The recipe was shared with my family by a friend. It's great to marinade, baste, or dip with. Ingredients:
3/4 cup soy sauce |
1 tablespoon cooking sherry |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together - that's Terayaki Sauce. Store in jar for use later. Needs to be refrigerated. |
