This recipe makes about 5 cups of Teriyaki saucve. If that is more than you'll use in this lifeime, reduce the recipe by half....:) This sauce will keep indefinitely and actually improves during storage as a result of melding of flavors. Use on: chicken, rice, fish, japanese dishes, burgers and marinades for steak. Ingredients:
1 cup soy sauce |
1 quart pineapple juice, unsweetened |
1 tablespoon garlic powder |
1 tablespoon ground ginger |
1 tablespoon dry mustard |
1 teaspoon white pepper |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender and let 'er rip for several minutes. 2. Store in the refrigerator. |
