Ingredients:
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons dry vermouth
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
4 salmon steaks
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Prepare a hot grill.
2. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, vermouth, sugar, ginger and garlic. Set aside.
3. Brush salmon with oil and place on an oiled grill. Grill, brushing the fish several times with the marinade, until lightly browned.
4. Turn fish over gently and repeat. About 5 minutes per side.
