Teriyaki Salmon And Green Onion Kabobs |

Incredible and very flaky salmon full of wonderful tastes. Perfect for dinner guests. Enjoy Ingredients:
3/4 cup teriyaki marinade |
3 tablespoons minced fresh ginger |
2 tablespoons minced garlic |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/8 teaspoon hot chili flakes |
2 pounds boned skinned salmon fillet rinsed patted dry and cut into cubes |
vegetable oil for grill |
2 bunches green onions cut into 1” lengths |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl mix marinade, ginger, garlic, sugar and chili flakes. Add salmon and mix gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate 45 minutes. Prepare a gas grill for direct high heat. When hot brush grill with a generous coat of oil. While grill heats thread cubes of fish onto skewers alternating with pieces of green onion. Lay skewers on grill and cook about 4 minutes. Using two spatulas gently turn each skewer over and cook 4 minutes on other side. |
