This is our favorite way to cook salmon fillets or salmon steaks. Easy & fast. Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets or 4 steaks |
9 ounces teriyaki sauce |
Directions:
1. Marinate salmon in sauce for at least 1 hour or more. 2. Heat heavy fry pan. (I use an iron pan). 3. Add a little olive oil. 4. Cook salmon on one side for 2-3 minutes. 5. Turn and cook till done to your liking. 6. Enjoy. |
