A finger-lickin-good rib recipe by PGG. Prep time does not reflect marinade time. Ingredients:
4lbs pork spareribs |
1/2c soy sauce |
2t cooking oil |
2t lemon juice |
1t brown sugar |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1tsp ground ginger |
1/4tsp pepper |
2t honey |
Directions:
1. Have butcher saw ribs in half across bones; cut into 2 rib portions. 2. Mix next seven ingredients; pour over ribs in shallow baking dish. 3. Cover' refridgerate 4 to 6 hours, turning occasionally. 4. Preheat both sides of gasgrill on HIGH for 10 minutes. 5. Turn both sides to LOW. 6. Place ribs, bone side down, on grids. 7. Close hood; cook 25 minutes. 8. Turn; grill 15 to 20 minutes. 9. Stir honey into marinade; baste ribs last 5 minutes. 10. Makes 26. |
