The Heart of Cooking II by The Heart Center of Fort Wayne Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb tiny new potatoes (about 10), washed and cut into quarter |
or medium red potatoes (about 5), washed and cut into 1-inch pieces. |
butter |
1-2 tbs teriyaki sauce |
1/4 tsp garlic salt |
1/2 tsp italian seasoning, crushed |
black pepper to taste |
red pepper to taste |
fresh rosemary, finely chopped to taste |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Butter a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Place potatoes in dish. Dot with butter, add teriyaki sauce, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, black pepper, red pepper, and rosemary. 2. Bake until tender. About 20-30 minutes, cook longer if necessary. |
