Teriyaki-Pineapple tofu Ingredients:
12 ounce firm tofu |
1 cup chopped fresh pineapple |
2 cups teriyaki sauce |
Directions:
1. Cut tofu into bite sized pieces and place it in a deep baking dish; add pineapple. Pour in teriyaki sauce. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 3. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. |
