Teriyaki Marinated Scallops |

A rich seafood recipe. Great for an appetizer or as an entree. Ingredients:
1 lb large scallops |
1/2 lb bacon (not maple flavored) |
1/2 cup oil |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1/2 cup tomato juice |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup honey |
1 teaspoon crushed garlic |
Directions:
1. Marinade scallops overnight. 2. Preheat oven 400F degrees. 3. Drain scallops& reserve marinade. 4. Wrap scallops in bacon strips and fasten w/ toothpick. 5. Bake 10-15 minutes. 6. Take reserve marinade and boil for 1 minute. 7. Serve sauce on the side. |
