Teriyaki Marinade or Sauce |

I made this marinade for making grilled chicken or beef on skewers. I have used it on fish as well. I don't eat pork so I don't know how that would be. Ingredients:
1 cup soy sauce |
1/2 cup olive oil |
2 tablespoons molasses |
1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger |
1 tablespoon dry mustard |
6 cloves garlic, minced |
1/2 teaspoon white pepper |
1 teaspoon honey or 1 teaspoon packed brown sugar |
1 dash tabasco sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and pour over meat to marinade. 2. Or Let it sit for several hours and strain the solids and use as a dipping sauce. |
