Teriyaki Marinade or Sauce

I made this marinade for making grilled chicken or beef on skewers. I have used it on fish as well. I don't eat pork so I don't know how that would be.
Ingredients:
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons molasses
1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger
1 tablespoon dry mustard
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon honey or 1 teaspoon packed brown sugar
1 dash tabasco sauce
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and pour over meat to marinade.
2. Or Let it sit for several hours and strain the solids and use as a dipping sauce.
