Teriyaki Marinade for Chicken or Beef |

Delightful marinade. Great for fondue. Ingredients:
1/2 cup dry sherry |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 teaspoons ginger, ground |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/2 teaspoon oriental sesame oil |
2 slices lemons |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, stir together sherry, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and lemon. 2. Place meat or chicken in marinade and refrigerate for 1-2 hours prior to cooking. |
