This is a great marinade for steaks and chicken. If possible, it is best to leave meat in the marinade for at least 24 hours. Prep time does not include marinading time. Ingredients:
1 cup soy sauce |
1/2 cup lemon juice |
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated |
1 cup pineapple juice |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed |
1 teaspoon red wine |
1 green onion, sliced (both green and white parts) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. Pour over meat in a container or large Zip-loc bag, turning occasionally. |
