The dry sherry has a tenderizing effect in this recipe. This can also be used on chicken. Courtesy of Local Paper Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce |
3 tablespoons sugar |
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger |
1 clove garlic, minced |
2 tablespoons dry sherry |
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix all ingredients until sugar is fully dissolved. 2. Apply to beef as a marinade. |
