Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons dry sherry
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix all ingredients until sugar is fully dissolved.
2. Apply to beef as a marinade.
